Privacy Policy

We collect identification details (name, date of birth, nationality, government-issued ID), contact details, payment information for fee processing and payouts, trading and platform usage data, device and network metadata, and any information you provide to support.

Personal data is processed to operate evaluation and funded accounts, calculate and settle payouts, meet KYC, AML, and sanctions obligations, prevent fraud and platform abuse, improve our risk infrastructure, communicate with traders, and comply with applicable law.

We rely on the performance of our agreement with you, compliance with legal obligations applicable to FXM, our legitimate interests in operating a sustainable and secure platform, and your consent where required.

We share data with vetted service providers (KYC vendors, cloud and analytics infrastructure, payment and stablecoin settlement providers), with regulators and law-enforcement authorities where legally required, and with successors in the context of a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal data.

Data may be processed outside the UAE, including in jurisdictions whose data-protection regime differs from yours. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the period required by applicable financial, tax, and AML record-keeping rules, typically up to seven (7) years after the closure of your relationship with FXM.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and request portability. Contact privacy@fxmfunding.com to exercise these rights.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, access controls, segregation of duties, and continuous monitoring of our infrastructure.
